Pockie Pirates All About

Posted on 11:23 PM Under 0 comments

Ever heard the names Monkey "Strawhat" D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, Roronoa Zoro and the likes? Well you've come to the best place. These mentioned characters are just part of the famous Japanese Shonen Manga which is created by the japanese Eichiro Oda entitled  One Piece.
Basing the story lines in the manga, Pockie Pirates came into play. Pockie Pirates makes a young pirate, which is you of course if you want to play this game, who is determine to find the legendary treasures left by the former pirate king, Gol D. Roger, and become the King of Pirates.
After playing almost 4 months, I want to share my experience and some tips and techniques in order to be familiar and topped the game.

  • MAKING AND CHOOSING A CHARACTER

First of all, you have to choose the server you want to play, then you will be confronted with this picture. Yes, choosing a character is really the first dilemma for gamers since you can only make 1 character per server. And making another one is tiring.
There are 4 characters in this game you can choose what gender you like to play: (starting from the left) Swordsman, Navigator, Sniper and the Doctor. Of course I chose doctor (hehe). You can choose anything you like, but let me give you a glimpse of these characters before choosing.

          THE SWORDSMAN

Swordsmen are a class that have high HP, very high P.Def, high M.Def. But what is the disadvantage to them is they are low in Speed and average P.Atk. Swordsmen are the best tankers among all classes because of his high Physical and Magic Def.
But what is good in this character is his aptitude skill. It does an average damage (100% physical damage, damage can be increased developing STR stat), and buff himself with 70% Damage Decrease of Both Damages for two rounds.

         THE NAVIGATOR

If you want to deal a great damage to the enemy in terms of magical damage, Navigators are the one to choose. Navigators are great Magic damage dealers. They have very high M.Atk, average HP, average Speed, Average P.Def and High M.Def with this average stats, attacking first before your opponent will surely help you in the game. Navigators really do have high damage (100% of your M.Atk and this damage increases when you develop your INT stat) and have average chance (about 30%) to stun each enemy. Their best position is at the corners or tank a little on the front line.

        THE SNIPER

If you want to deal a great damage to the enemy in terms of physical damage, Snipers are great damage dealers. Their damage is overwhelming. Their aptitude skill gives 10 Random damage to the enemy field, distributing 500% Damage to the enemies, so, the less enemies, the greater the damage will be on them, and it also increases your dodge by 50% for 1 round. But to be fair and be balanced in the game, Snipers have a low HP, Average P.Def, Low M.Def.

TIPS: Developing the AGI attribute of the snipers is a must (take note: not speed) so that it will increase the skill damage.Their best position is at the back of the line or your tanker.

       THE DOCTOR

Want to be a supportive type of pirate? Then Doctors are the ones to choose. They have good HP, high M.Atk, Average M.Def, Average P.Def and high speed. Doctors aptitude skill is will buff all your team with 50% more damage both Physical and Magical. Just imagine if you have crews which deals a great damage, plus the buffs, WHOA! it is an overkill. Doctors can also tank in the front line or stay at the corner, but is very recommended to stay at corner to don't get any Stun from an Fast Enemy since your crew needs the Docrots' buff first before they cast their skills.

TIPS: Is highly recommended to have an Full Wind God Set on your doctor on every Build to improve greatly your speed, to release Holy Blessing before everyone else.

So, this is it! But this is just the first part of the Pockie Pirates browser game all about. I'll post another blog which is about skills combination and what to do as a beginner. Thanks!
